Q) What is dye sublimation? A) Unlike ink-jet printing, which uses dots to produce an image, dye-sublimation printing produces true continuous tones appearing much like a chemical photograph. Your graphics are smooth, bright, and fade-resistant.
Q) I don't have a logo. Can you help me develop one? A) One of the services we offer is artwork development and logo design. We want your race wear to be as professional as possible. Contact us about how we can help.
Q) When will I be charged for my order? A) Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. All orders are customized based upon your artwork. All custom orders must be paid for in full at time of order placement. If we did your artwork and you paid by credit card, we will charge the same card unless you specify otherwise.
Q) When will my order arrive? A) In most cases delivery is approximately three weeks from the time the artwork is approved to delivery. We can sometimes get them sooner, so please let us know if you need them by a specific date. We will try to accurately estimate whether we can meet your deadline.
Q) What if I need to make a change to the art work? A) We can change the art work as many times as you want until you approve it. After you approve the art, we can still change the art if the order has not been processed yet. There may be a small fee for the change after it has been approved. If the order has already been processed, we will be unable to make a change.
Q) When will I receive an invoice? A) We usually send the invoice with the order, marked as paid. We can also email you an invoice at time of payment.
Q) What if I want to cancel my order? A) If your order has already been processed we are unable to cancel the order. If it has not been processed, we can and will cancel the order and refund all or part of your money, less the art fee.
